Where am I from? Born in Willimantic, Connecticut, grew up between Madison, Wisconsin and our farm in Nowhere, Ohio, with a brief stint in Norwich, England
Where do I live? Currently, Chicago, though I miss my previous home in Pescadero, California every stinkin’ day.
What do I do? Director of Lab Information Systems for a major Chicago hospital. Freelance web designer & developer (and CSS hack). Small business coach. Co-founder of Chicago Geek Girls. Oh, and I’m a family therapist by training (long story).
What do I do for fun? Read (copiously), cook (mostly vegan), write (not enough), watch movies (too much), tend to the bears, and try not to irritate my other half too often. Oh, and try and workout as much as possible – bit of a weight lifting fiend.
What do I love? The bears, the spousal unit, my office cave & the glowing light on my MacBook within
What do I hate? Chicago drivers, beets, the fact I can rarey find pants that are long enough and thus too often walk around looking like I’m wearing floods.
